1. Is there a minimum contract period?

We don't require a minimum contract length. Why? Well because we know you and your customers will love it!

2. How does the money appear in my bank

We have integrated NoBarQ with a industry-leading payment provider. This means you are always in complete control and can choose how often you want to move your money into your bank account.

3. How can I cancel my account?

It's easy, you just need to drop us an email to let us know that you want to cancel. We'll then call you back using the information we have for you to confirm and thats it, job done.

4. Do I have to buy a compatible device?

The beauty of the NoBarQ system is that it runs on regular Apple or Android phones and tablets, so you don't have to splash out on any expensive specialist handheld devices, routers or EPOS terminals. You already have the kit in your pocket.

5. Can I access the app from home?

If you have the Venue app installed on a device at home, you can keep tabs on what orders are coming through, how long they take to be delivered, and see which staff members are fulfilling orders.

6. Can I choose when my venue is open?

So have a leak in the roof, or maybe you've booked out the whole venue for a Dungeons and Dragons convention (we don't judge). Whatever it is, you can update your venue's availability in the app.

7.How do I sign up?

In order to install the Venue app, you need to have registered with us and created an account. We then provide you with the venue app for your device and sign in details.
